Ibiza is one of my all-time favourite islands. It’s suitable for almost any type of trip from family holidays to party holidays to backpacking. I first visited Ibiza in 2017 as part of a holiday with friends,, and I’ve since returned multiple times with family. My most memorable time in Ibiza was visiting while pregnant. I hope to return with my daughter very soon.
When visiting Ibiza with kids, its best to stay a little out of the main party resorts. San Antonio Bay is within walking distance of the attractions of San Antonio and surrounding beaches of Cala Salada and Cala Gracio but its in a much quieter location and still has fantastic sunset views.
If you fancy exploring the Eastern side of Ibiza, Santa Eulalia is an excellent place to base yourself. The public transport network makes Santa Eulalia an excellent base for exploring the rest of the island. My favourite family resort in Ibiza is in Cala Llonga, where you can catch water taxis to Santa Eulalia and Ibiza town.
